ProfteQ Srl has the pleasure to present a new product: RAYP1

This is a brand new conception automatic corner cleaner, which contains the mechanical solution typical of a CNC corner cleaner, united to the flexibility typical of comer professional cleaners equipped with the quick change system of the milling unit.

RAYP1 in fact is equipped of the same standard tools of CNC corner cleaner FRT5, FRT7 & FRT9, allowing by this way the complete cleaning of the welded corner.

At the same time RAYP1 stands out for the possibility to have 2 cutting units, for the external corner cleaning, mounted on 2 different motors, offering by this way the possibility to change quickly both of them (as it is on corner cleaner UN2F & UN4F).

All tools are adjustable allowing by this way the max flexibility following the profile used by the customer.

All of this is moved by a mechanical structure, which grants the max. rigidity and so absence of vibration during the working cycle.

The working cycle is driven by PLC SUPPLIERS, as on FR4/FR4P.

RAYP1 is the ideal solution for the windows & professional doors producer, which needs to clean completely the corner (included the rounded inside surfaces of the corner, thanks to the application on our special 2 bits vertical knife, which is recognised on the market as the best solution for a optimum cleaning of these surfaces), without having the productivity quantity to justify the investment for a CNC corner cleaner.
