pQ profteQ is pleased to present a new product on the market: ROTO TRANSFER integrating the automatic splicer and cleaning line. This station is connected to the automatic line and provides the industrial frame-maker with completely automated frame unloading and its preparation, always automatic, for the hardware professional fitting island. ROTO TRANSFER unloads from the welding/cleaning line, and overturns and loads the clean frame: all this is done automatically. This type of solution provides major advantages for the industrial frame-maker, who quite rightly focuses great attention on regular production device speed: a) the operator does not have to wait for the unloading of the clean frame on the TG 2: consequently, this type of time variable is eliminated. b) All the operator has to do is wait for ROTO TRANSFER to arrange the frame on a specific magazine in the hardware fitting island. What is the biggest advantage then ? Thanks to ROTO TRANSFER, the operator does not have to move to go and pick up the frame on which the hardware is to be fitted. ROTO TRASNFER can be also connected to already operating lines, as the station is managed & driven independently
