RIFTEK has just introduced a new line of ultra-compact RF620C Series laser scanners. The devices are intended for profile inspection, reverse engineering and other 3D data capture applications. A round-shape housing of the scanner of 92 mm diameter allows it to be used for inspection of inner surfaces of tubes and other areas with limited space. The scanner plugs directly in a Windows-based PC via an Ethernet and does not require any additional control units.
The RF620C has a 100 profiles/s frame rate and is available with measuring ranges of 3, 10, 25, 50 and 100 mm
