Anuga FoodTec 2012: PARO robot for lean production roTeg AG
The range of products of roTeg has been expanded by a new generation of flat-built and space-saving pallet conveyor systems. The exchange of full-load pallets versus empty pallets without any time-lag is essential for the performance of a robot cell, to be able to palletise without interruption of the production process. The pallet-change is coming about fully automatically by the control system of the robot, provided by the integrated software PARO-Control.
This allows a flexible programme-adjustment by the operator and requires not any knowledge of programming. With a permanent self diagnosis, suggestions for maintenance, an integrated catalogue for spare-parts and the possibility of product tracking by means of the statistics-module, the outcome of this is a maximum availability and an efficient product-output.
