The high specification finish means that all product contact parts are crevice free and polished to less that 0.6a* as standard. (*0.1Ra is available if required)
The easy-clean Hygiene Filter requires no tools for operation or maintenance and dismantles completely enabling an operator friendly, rapid and thorough clean down that is safer, faster and more efficient, increasing productivity. The filter is also totally enclosed preventing contamination of product and shielding the operator from potentially harmful applications.
In addition the Russell Hygiene Filter™ incorporates the unique self-cleaning system, enabling continuous removal of oversize contamination as fine as 10 micron, achieved by consistently high flow rates by continuously cleaning the apertures of the filter element. As a result its reusable, reduced crevice filter element eliminates cost and environmental implications associated with bags and cartridges.
