The SAMES electrostatic technology used by AMTROL in its finishing lines SAMES Technologies

AMTROL, the world leader in the market of gas bottles, wanted to improve its painting process. Initially with 8 guns mounted on powder reciprocators, the Inobell solution with electrostatic bowl spraying has replaced the old installation. This modernization allowed a gain in every way: better finish of the product, up to 40% less powder and a significantly reduced scrap rate.

Corrosion protection of the bottles has also been improved through TRP 501 SAMES technology: an electrostatic pneumo-gun extremely robust, with high transfer efficiency. The end result is very satisfiying for AMTROL that improves considerably its lifetime products.
