New life for the people working in an Italian legatory where 10 overhead rail mounted electronic professional manipulators, Intelligent Devices for Handling (INDEVA) model Liftronic Easy, were supplied by Scaglia INDEVA!! Balancers mounted on trolleys sliding on overhead rails 30 m long.
Thanks to the self balancing feature which is unique for the INDEVA systems, the operator notices no difference compared to previous manual handling as far as movement coordination and precise movement control are concerned; he notices however that the 40 kg paper blocks now weigh only very few grams.
The INDEVA manipulator detects continually the weigh of the load and keeps the load perfectly balanced when the operator moves it up or downwards. The positioning of the load is efforless as well and very precise; the load is perfectly and easily controlled by the operator as he were handling a very light load manually.
Productivity also has increased as the operator works with no strain that causes him to stop or getting injured.
