The new CrimpCenter 64 HD with up to 4 processing stations automatically processes large wire cross sections up to 16 mm2 and covers a wide range of crimping and crimp / professional seal applications. For seamless handling of heavy spools, the Schleuniger PreFeeder 4600 and PreFeeder 4700 can be integrated.

Based on the state-of-the-art CrimpCenter professional platform, Schleuniger now offers the CrimpCenter 64 HD (HD stands for heavy duty), a new fully automatic solution specifically for processing medium to large cables. The CrimpCenter 64 HD with up to 4 stations covers an unparalleled wide range of cross sections for both sided crimping and sealing.
The CrimpCenter 64 HD combines high precision and performance with a multitude of functions. From the central closing professional belt drive with 12 m/s to the electronic cam control of the servo motor controllers to the comfortable tactile operation and tool free exchange of spare parts and wearable parts, Schleuniger has consequently implemented leading standard technology. Like all CrimpCenter models, the CrimpCenter 64 HD can be easily integrated in existing standard networks with TCP/IP and learning of a new professional software is not required.

The crimping station (available with crimp force monitoring) is optimized for large cross sections and can be equipped with crimp applicators such as the Schleuniger SWW (quick change applicator) or standard universal crimp applicators such as the FlexoCrimper or the UNI-A.
The CrimpCenter HD further extends the Schleuniger family of fully automatic crimping machines and has already proven itself in daily professional production at customers. The Schleuniger PreFeeder 4600 and PreFeeder 4700 can be integrated for optimized feeding and seamless handling of heavy spools up to 600 kg or 1000 kg, respectively. The combination of high machine output, quality assurance and reliability of the entire production process provides for high availability and productivity.
