New heavy-duty full extension slide for loads of up to 200 kg Schock Metall

With the full extension slide ITS 070 of the "Compact" series Schock Metall is venturing into new load dimensions: Depending on the number of cycles and slide travel, the heavy-duty ball bearing slide can support dynamic loads of up to 200 kg.

With its slimline dimensions of 70 x 18 mm, the ITS 070 is one of the most compact full extension slides in the 200 kg class. The advantageous properties of the ball bearing slide guarantee silent operation, especially in applications involving high load and intensive use of up to 100.000 operating cycles. The integrated heavy-duty stopper system ensures maximum functional reliability. Extension lengths from 300 mm to 1100 mm can be realised to suit specific requirements.

The ITS 070 is manufactured to order. Detailed requirements are defined in the specific customer project. Schock additionally has available from stock a range of completely configured series 070 items, including screw-on versions and types with support brackets.
