Following its success of its "Floor Anchor" PYI (distributed in Europe by SEAVIEW) introduces a new type of Floor Fastening device engineered for production boat builders.

This fastener has the following characteristics:
- Secures the floorboards to the sub-floor (floor frames).
- Has an adjustable height.
- The cupped washer protects the wood from the fastener damage common to other types of fasteners.
- The sub floor insert has a self taping thread which function either with fiberglass or wood. (a backing nut is available for installation in aluminum)
- The system design allows for use of this fastener in a mass production environment.
