New product line F 55: Let there be light!
SensoPart has set a new standard in industrial sensor technology with its F55 series. This product line combines excellent performance data with a robust housing design and many user-friendly details.
Product advantages at a glance
» Bright light spot plainly visible even in daylight with a clear contour
» Standardised design for all product versions
» Robust, glass-fibre reinforced plastic housing (IP 67) with Ecolab accreditation
» Impermeable stainless steel versions (IP 69 K) with Ecolab accreditation
» Comfortable use of all energetic versions via electronic teach button or cable
» 18 level potentiometer for accurate setting of background suppression
» Versatile mounting possibilities with two integrated dove tail guides
» Permanent, cleaning-resistant laser marking
The F55 series offers through beam sensors, retro-reflective light barriers as well as energetic optical sensors and proximity switches with background suppression. All versions are available with LED red light or laser.
The proximity switches with background suppression achieve scanning ranges of over 1,200 mm and also have a very small black/white difference at large scanning distances. This guarantees reliable part detection even with critical backgrounds.
The sensors blend into almost every standard machine design thanks to the new light grey product colour introduced by SensoPart. The sensor no longer stands out as an alien element as it now blends harmoniously with the machine. SensoPart has also introduced laser marking for product identification. A sharp contrast to the light grey product housing guarantees excellent legibility.
Laser marking also has the major advantage of being extremely resistant to abrasion and thus permanent. Standard labels can detach themselves and printed identification can disappear through cleaning. Installation and set-up are particularly easy thanks to flexible mounting possibilities and the bright, sharply-defined light spot, which is clearly visible even in daylight. Sensors are available in both a plastic version and a stainless steel version with ECOLAB accreditation, which was specially designed for the requirements of the food industry.
One design, two housings:
The sensors in the FA55 light barrier range are available either in a glass-fibre reinforced plastic housing or in an impermeable stainless steel version for hygiene zones.
