Topway annouced a series 320x240 dots Lcd modules manufacturers, with different display models, like Blue/White, White/Black, Black/White (Bckground / Fonts) ,even true color of 24bit RGB diplay. All these modules are offered together with LED backlight. For your choice, screen size can be selected from 3.5", 3.8", 5.0" to 5.7".
