Recently Topway annouced a series small size Lcd modules with outstanding characters by Low Power Consumption, Good Contrast and Cost Effective, which is one chip solution, and suitable for portable device application.

For your choice, Dots numbers can be selcted from 128x64, 128x96, 160x64, 160x80, 240x160. VA size is within the wide of 72mm and height of 41mm. All these modules are offered together with white LED backlight.
