operating range. Capable of reading at distances of up to 65 millimeters, the Simatic RF240R is ideally suited for universal
applications in assembly lines. Its durable design complying to protection rating IP67 makes it the perfect solutionfor harsh industrial environments.
Simatic RF240R is available in an RS422 and an RS232 interface version. The three-color diagnostic LED allows simple reader installation and operation. Like all the readers of the Simatic RF200 series, the RF240R uses tried and trusted Moby D-type ISO 15693-compliant transponders.
