The MSK1100 sensor model adds another functional feature to the tried-and-trusted sensor concept of the MagLine Micro high-resolution magnetic industrial measuring systems. In use with linear drive systems, the two additionally integrated final position switches help to simplify the wiring concept significantly. The proximity switches manufacturers that are normally installed additionally to detect the final position are no longer needed, which helps to reduce system costs in this case. This sensor model also meets all major specifications of linear feedback systems for linear drives. The sensor works together with the magnetic strip MB100 and delivers digital counting pulses with resolutions of up to 0.2 µm in a very robust metal casing. The intelligent translation module reduces errors substantially once again to achieve an accuracy grade of 10 µm with reading distances of up to 0.4 mm. Integrated status LEDs further enhance the simple installation of the system.
