Silverson has developed a unit for small to medium/pilot professional scale production of Mayonnaise.

The unit is designed to carry out the entire process, including rapid preparation of premixes, hydration of thickening and stabilising agents and preparation of the final oil-in-water emulsion.

The Silverson Mayonnaise Plant is designed to meet the need for a simple and reliable system which overcomes the problems associated with manual production, providing the repeatability and quality of turnkey plants without the considerable capital expenditure.

The unit is mounted on a stainless steel skid and comprises a specially designed high shear In-Line professional mixer, control panel, process vessel and all associated pipework and cocks. A mobile vessel for oil feed is also included.
