The ThunderION anti static bar was introduced medio last year and has gone through a tremendous development. It found great demand in industral static elimination applications.

In particular for difficult applications, i.e. neutralisation at long distance or at high speed or both, the ThunderION has not found it’s limitations yet !
The new concept for long range ionization is achieved with a combination of high voltage, pulsed DC and a low frequency. These three features are the main difference with classical AC ionizers. Replacable emitters, low voltage input of 24V DC, LED indication are only a few of the many other features.

If more than one anti static bar is required for a static elimination application, clients may consider to use a central Control Module.

The ThunderION Control Module provides the power and the control for up to four ThunderION anti static bars. With this Control Module, you can control all connected ThunderION anti static bars and check they are working correctly, from a central location. The Control Module operates on the mains voltage, which can be turned on and off with a switch. A cable with a pre-assembled connector at each end links the ThunderION anti static bar with the Control Module. This offers quick and easy assembly.
All cables for the antistatic bars carry just 24 V. The Control Module enables you to check the functioning of each connected anti static bar. A yellow LED indicates that the bar is switched on. A red LED indicates that a fault has been detected. Via the I/O port, you also have the option of switching each bar on/off remotely and separately, as well as checking its correct functioning.
