Strongest SITEMA Mould Closing Device PowerStroke FSK to date delivered – 200 tons closing force SITEMA

Only a short time after the commercial launch of the SITEMA-PowerStroke FSK, two units of the largest hydraulic FSK series were delivered to Italy. They are used in a hydroforming press, which thanks to the SITEMA PowerStroke now operates reliably with a closing force of 2000 kN.

The Mould closing Device SITEMA-PowerStroke FSK is designed to create a high force on a short stroke. This innovative and compact product is available with hydraulic and pneumatic drive and is typically used as a clamping unit for rods with an integrated short-lift function for:

1. Compression moulding presses and vacuum forming presses for closing and application of the press force
2. Injection moulding machines for locking and application of the closing force
3. All other horizontal and vertical mechanisms requiring high compression forces on short strokes
