The new catalog combines previously existing Spirolox Retaining Ring and Wave Spring series with newly released series including Hoopster Retaining Rings, Constant Section Rings, Metric Wave Springs and Small Series Wave Springs.

Smalley’s 10,000 standard parts. Newly updated content, specially tailored to our international customers, features 130 pages of part tables, engineering guides, design information and
expanded part offerings. The catalog is an ideal resource for engineers needing detailed product information for quick prototypes.” Smalley highlights exclusive Metric series in the catalog including bearing preload and Crest-to-Crest wave springs, as well as aerospace, Spirolox and constant section rings.

Spirolox (spiral) rings are interchangeable with ordinary stamped retaining ring (Circlip) grooves and require no special tooling for removal. Smalley Wave Springs reduce heights by up 50%, with
the same force and deflection as standard coil springs and fit in tight radial and axial spaces.
Over 10,000 stock parts are available from 6 mm- 400 mm in carbon and stainless steel. Specials are available from 5 mm - 3000 mm with No-Tooling-Charges.
