New SOLO Swiss furnace for the metal rolling industry SOLO Swiss Group
This furnace is used for heat treatment of round bars in Copper Berylium. The system was purchased to replace an old furnace with inconsistent heating, which required very slow temperature rises to avoid overheating in some areas. This new furnace allows the customer to perform precision heat treatment of plates and bars of all types of materials in complex alloys.
The useful loading dimensions are about 3200 mm long for 250 mm width and a height of 150 mm. The maximum working temperature is 750°C.
