It has been decided that this spring 2010 the Pylons of the ski tow « 3500 » would be equiped with anchor points in order to secure the maintenance of the sheaves. At this altitude the equipment is subject to severe tests : the temperature frequently drops below - 25 degrees C° and the wind blows up to 140 kilometre per hour.
When material has to be found to be reliable in the most extreme conditions, SOMAIN SECURITE is often approached because it is the only manufacturer to guarantee its anchor point SECURIFIX® alu during 10 years with no need for maintenance.
It is the company EPICURE who has been mandated by Carlstahl to install the system of double anchor point clamped on the pylon body.
