The Ex plug-and-socket connector "mini CLIX" from R. STAHL is especially uncomplicated and can be used in a multitude of applications. It's possible to carry installation and maintenance tasks in Zones 1 & 2, 21 & 22 without first obtaining "hot works" permissions. Hot Swap - plug-in and plug-out while energized - is now even possible for non-intrinsically-safe circuits. Can be used even for fieldbus installation because of the high transmission rate of 100 MBit/s.
