PACKAGING MACHINE FOR BAGS WITH FOUR SIDED SEAL Stiavelli

Stiavelli of Pavan Group presents the SVMA-MIV packaging machine, an alternate motion machine driven by brushless motors to fill and form pillow bags or flat bottom bags either with or without four sided seals. The machine is equipped with a bar-type vertical sealing device, film drive and sealing jaws with brushless motor drive, a specific system to form flat bottom bags and a film junction surface for easier film reel change. A device for the automatic transversal film centering shifts the entire rear machine including the reel. Standard equipment includes sensors for machine-stop in case of film breakage. SVMA-MIV is ready for integration into a specific multi-head weigher. The machine is managed by an industrial PLC and controlled by a touch-screen type operator panel. The front part of the machine SVMA-MIV can be inclined, which makes it ideal for packaging fragile products: the sealing jaws and forming tube can be inclined up to 40 degrees thus avoiding shocks or breakage of the packed product.
