Professional software controlled laser marking allows for fast, easy and even automated data change for every part that requires marking. Usually, a low-power 10 or 25W laser is all that is needed to mark silicon, glass, ceramic, or composite panels. Synrad offers two easy-to-integrate marking solutions - the 25W Fenix Laser Marker , which simply connects to a standard PC, or the FH Flyer marking head. This component-level, galvo-based head may be aligned to any Synrad laser from 10 to 125W.
