The fastest circular printing in the world using the tampon printing process

The fastest circular printing in the world using the tampon printing process

for cylindrical parts made of plastics or glass with our standard automation “H•S•C” 2C-High Speed Circular (Patent pending).
In 2008 the fastest 1-colour tampon printing machine was presented to the world - “H•S•C” -High Speed Circular. For the first time it is possible to use the tampon printing process for printing cylindrical parts with a one colour print and an output of 20.- 40.000 parts/h. The printing result is a flawless print image (vector/line). At the Fakuma show 2009 in Friedrichshafen this tampon printing system will be presented as a 2-colour automation. Parallel 2-colour print (not one after another or one on top of the other). Machine output, printing quality as well as the processable print image sizes of 2-30 mm in diameter (or uncoiled length of max. 90 mm) and a printing image width of 90 mm will remain as precise as with the 1-colour “H•S•C” automation. Even the modular machine concept will not change. The machine output is higher than with the offset process for comparable cylindrical part diameters as well as for circular printing of 360°. The target group is manufacturers of cylindrical parts such as dialysis test tubes, syringes, batteries, refills for ballpoint pens, ballpoint pen tubes, fiber pencil tubes, tablet boxes, glass tubes, vials, ink cartridges, tubes, safety fuses, small aluminium boxes for tablets, tablet tubes, cylinders made of plastic / metal and a lot more, whereby the surface material can be made of plastic, metal or even glass. Consumables and accessories are specially adapted to the performance and quality of the “H•S•C”. TAMPOPRINT® has completed the range of products with tested tampon printing inks such as the ink types RDF and R as well as cliché cylinders made of steel or ceramic.

The "H•S•C“ 2C-High Speed Circular will be presented to the world public for the first time at the "Fakuma show 2009" in Friedrichshafen, Hall A1, Stand 1302, from October 13-17, 2009 during a demonstration of a production run. Come and see us!
