There are gears in different sizes and miscellaneous designs. Durability, load capacity and noise levels from a gear wheel set, i. e. the quality required, influence the gear design and the procuction processes.
Besides offering normal quality, we are specialists in producing gears to ever closer tolerances and in optimising processes and quality controls through our ongoing research and development activities.
Another advantage is our expertise in heat teatment. Härterei Tandler, our heat treatment plant, is situated right beside our gear and gearbox factory and is certified to ISO9001:2000.
All gears are produced to customers spedifications – there are no goods in stock!
All gear parts can be either manufactured completely (KF) or partially (LA).
