Like all our products it is equipped with a push-out membrane, that seals the opening until a cable is installed - offering IP67 at all times. You do not need to worry about incorrect installations; just push out the membrane using the cable you want to install and the installation is complete. No locknut to screw in place or dome nut that can be tightened too hard or too loosely. The installation is foolproof and up to 90% faster than a cable gland.
