With no plugs or professional seals to fail, steel sealed ER coolant collets offer continuous operation capability without potential coolant problems. They are reportedly as easy to use as standard ER collets, and need no coolant discs. Collets are rated to 2,000 psi and claim accuracy of 0.0004in.TIR.

Steel sealed collets are available for ER 16 to ER 40 size holders. We stock all standard sizes from 3/32" to 1" for coolant-thru-tool shank sizes. Steel sealed collets work with ER holders & nuts with a coolant-thru retention knob, or with DIN coolant style holders.
