TK 850 is a traveling lift that allows to automatically load panels by means of a lifter device made up by frames equipped with suction cups. This system allows to lift and rotate the panel and to position it on the machining centre, with the surface to be machined readily accessible without moving it.
TK850 is managed by the CN of the TK 429 Vacuum machining centre and it is an integrating component of it.
Construction Features
Iron structure made up by two columns that support the superior beam. The linear recirculating ball guide professional guides and the Y-axis motor are mounted on this beam. The “loader” frame is fixed on the front column.
Aluminum extrusions are fixed on the superior beam. The “translator” frame, the linear slides and the recirculating ball screw of the Z-axis are mounted on the extrusions.
Aluminum suction cup holder frames. Each frame is equipped with 8 professional bellows suction cups to facilitate and ensure the
panel lifting. You can manually adjust the suction cup position, according to the size of the load.
A safety leverages system is fixed on the “translator” frame as a load support.
Vacuum pump manufacturers with vacuometer to measure the vacuum level that is needed for the suction cups to operate properly.
