This lot of technology contains, in only 325 cm2, the capacity to manage coloured LCD displays with touch screen with dimensions between 7” and 15”, matrix keyboards up to 60 keys, over 70 digital and analog I/O “on board”, 4 incremental encoder, up to 2 CANopen ports and serial ports RS232 / RS485.
With the availability of USB port, it’s possible to connect to the controller a mouse, a keyboard or practical memory keys accessible through File System with FAT 32 bit. Ethernet connection, on wired nets or wireless, it’s made using standard protocols TCP/IP, FTP or EtherCAT; thanks to the availability of functions like OPC Server and WEB Server the controller can exchange data and information with any Windows application and it can be supervised from any place in the world connected to internet.
The possibility to manage up to 4 axis (3 interpolated) linked to low consumption and the availability of functions to execute astronomic pointing allow the use, besides usual photovoltaic biaxial plants, also in concentrated solar plants which require high precision in tracking.
