Power P, the controller for packaging

Tex computer, are aware that in electronics the only way to contain costs and increase performances is to integrate many functions on a sole product, it has created Power P 10" to manage with a unique RISC processor HMI, PLC and Motion control tasks of the machines for packaging till 4 controlled axis. HMI interface can be implemented exploiting better the wide 10" WSVGA color display (1024X600 pixel) with touch screen and USB port. Thanks to Ethernet port controllers can be connected to PC through OPC server or to internet through WEB Server. Motion control functions are complete and effective to manage better the need of synchronization between the axis of machines as Flowpack, Labelling, Stackers etc. managing drives both through CANopen, EtherCAT or Mechatrolink-II and through traditional analog signals (+/-10V) or digital (PWM and Step/Direction). PLC, which can be managed in multitasking, allows you to use logical functions like photocell reading and quick output commands also in interrupt. With INT 185 board it's possible to integrate also thermoregulation functions with feedback from J or K thermocouple.
