An independent judging panel and the editors of R&D Magazine selected the handheld Thermo Scientific Niton XL3t Xrf analyzer as one of the 100 most technologically significant products introduced into the marketplace over the past year. The award will be officially presented during a gala awards ceremony in the Grand Ballroom of Chicago’s Navy Pier, October 16, 2008.
