Our linear motor actuators offer convincing solutions for almost all applications. The standard range includes currently four different models with in total eight versions.

The complete portfolio of linear motor axis from THK provides a large selection of ready-to-install systems in different types. Direct drives are generally the best choice to fulfil needs concerning dynamics, high precision and wearless actuation with low noise. The thrust forces of this axis range from 30 to 3.100 N, the maximum strokes reach already in standard configuration up to 4.000 mm. The maximum travel speed of the linear motor actuators is given with 5 m/s and the highest permitted acceleration equals 10 g. Optical linear scales are used as standard and enable a positioning repeatability of up to ± 0,3 µm. Typical application fields of linear actuators with direct drive can be found in many laser processes, manufacturing of solar panels, glass working, packaging machines, transfer systems, semiconductor industry as well as test and measuring technology.
