Company TOS VARNSDORF a.s. extended the offer of the products from 1st October 2009 by the portal machining centres FVC and FPPC.

These are up-to-date technically developed CNC centres intended especially for the production of moulds, pressing tools, die blocks, automobile and railway frames. They will also find the application possibilities in the automobile as well as aircraft industry and general engineering in the production of the components complicated in shape that require multi-axis machining. The parameters, tough structure of the frame as well as selection of the optimum headstock version enable both force rough operations and the finishing machining as well.

The FVC machine series is designed as the centre with solid cross rail and movable table in the X axis up to the value of 4,200 mm. The headstock with the spindle or the cutter head performs the vertical move in the Z coordinate.

The FPPC series represent the portal machining centres with the movable cross rail in the X coordinate up to the size of 50,000 mm.
