Established in 1995, 3S started with the provision of technical assistance, maintenance and calibration of systems, equipment, instrumentation relevant to the control and measurement of chemical and chemical-physical parameters of water.

Working with the most important manufacturers of water on-line industrial analyzers, 3S became soon the italian leader in the technical assistance field, especially for TOC measurement.

After 15 years of "field experience" of the 3S specialists in TOC measurement, 3S developed and manufactured its own Toc analysis (COMPACTOC and TOCMETER models). In 2000, 3S started renting the TOC analyzers with "full service" contracts in the italian market.

In 2003, 3S achieved the ISO 9001-2000 certification.

Because of the increasing request of TOC measurement and the experience of the company in a relevant number of installations, 3S now has the objective to sell its TOC analyzers in the world wide market.

In 2007, establishing a cooperation with Datalink Instruments, 3S complete the series of organic carbon analyzers with the products FL200-H for the measurement of hydrocarbons in water and CT200, on-line UV COD analyzer.
