New video shot-blasting machine type ELI TURBOTECNICA

The tunnel-type shot-blasting unit “ELI” is specifically designed for the continuous external surface treatment of pipes and cylindrical parts (bottles reservoirs, etc.).
The material conveyor consist of raking bi-conical driving rolls, which provide at the same time the progress and the rotation around the main axis of the pipe.
The number and power of the turbines are chosen according to the required production rate.
The machine does not require a pit, and is supplied complete with a self-cleaning dry cartridges dust collector.

Typical employment: paint, oxide and calamine removal, preparation to painting of pipes and cylindrical parts, surface preparation to rubberising.

Accessories: frequency inverter for turbines and rolls conveyor, digital control panel, customised automatic loading and offloading system.
