Victron Energy sponsor of Dutch racing Team Dakar Rally 2012 Victron Energy

South America: Just like last year Victron Energy is sponsoring the Eurol VeKa MAN Rally Team, a Dutch racing team that participates the Dakar Rally 2012. The main reason for the sponsorship is to extend our brand name in the automotive market. The Veka Rally Team has chosen Victron equipment to replace the noisy generator during night times, so they can start the Rally well equipped during the 14 racing days.

Daily updates about the Dakar Rally will be broadcasted on Eurosport and local TV channels. News, photos and rankings are also available on the official website of the Dakar Rally (http://www.dakar.com/).
