ViTorque is the CNC rotary transfer machine manufacturers that Vignotto has studied for high performances: 2000 cycles/hour, a piece in 1.8”. It's ideal for big stocks of small pieces as caps, nipples and small links.

The secret is in the rotating table: ViTorque climbs on a motor TORQUE in direct taking, or rather a brushless servomotor without Hirth ring gears. This means:
- No need of high accuracy reductor
- No times of locking / unlocking table
Thanks to this, the table's transfer time is just 0.25 seconds.

The precision and the safety are guaranteed even at such elevated speed of machining. The direct drive rotary table, in fact, is able to rigidly maintain the angular position and bear the torque that the tools transmit to the tree table.
