Despite of most modern dish washing technology, knives, forks and spoons do not often leave the dish washer really dry and stain-free.
The result: Therefore reworking measures, such as drying and polishing, are necessary. Trowal vibratory driers of the model range BT permit the automatic execution of this work with significantly reduced costs and, at the same time, reproducible results. The drying process is carried out with heated, germfree and dust reduced drying media “GTM 300”.

The mobile model range comprises 3 small versions:
BT 15 for up to 3000 cutlery parts per hour
BT 25 for up to 4000 cutlery parts per hour
BT 35 for up to 6000 cutlery parts per hour.


Normally, the throughput should be kept 1000 parts per hour below the maximum filling quantity, else, touching of cutlery parts cannot be avoided which increases the risk of scratches. Therefore, the optimum value of throughput quantities is indicated in our technical data.


Functional principle
The cutlery parts coming from the dishwasher are manually fed into the drier via an infeed funnel. Due to vibration, cutlery and drying media are helically and gently transported through the drier.
On the integrated screening zone, cutlery and drying media are separated. Sticking humidity on the parts is absorbed by the heated drying media. The continuous relative movement between work pieces and media results in – besides the drying operation – also a post polishing of the parts.
