New range of levelling feet gives customers increased flexibility and choice
WDS’ new levelling feet range adds over 120 new products to their already comprehensive range ensuring customers can fulfil all their station feet needs
The levelling feet range encompasses a variety of materials including Zinc Plated Steel and two grades of Stainless Steel, 303 and 316. The stems are available in a variety of lengths and diameters, from M10 to M20
These high quality Stainless Steel Levelling Feet incorporate excellent strength and corrosion resistance. 316 Stainless Steel offers improved resistance to chemical and corrosive attack and is particularly suitable for areas with severe atmospheric corrosion, such as coastal areas. Stainless Steel stems and bases enable leveling feet to be utilised in a variety of industries including Food Machinery, Chemical Plant & hospital equipment
WDS understands the need for hygienic components for use in the food & pharmaceutical industries and has designed and manufactured a range of co-polymer antimicrobial bases. The plastic bases are infused with an antimicrobial polymer providing a high level of resistance from chemical and biological attack. Combined with Stainless Steel stems these components offer significant heat resistance, up to 800°C, providing a highly effective and stable base that shields against attack and that is resistant to vaporization or decomposition. The levelling feet bases have food contact approval from the FDA and are suitable for use in the EC and Japan
The introduction of a new range of non-slip pads made from EPDM, a high grade rubber, which has a temperature range of -40°C to 140°C and has good resilience to the environment and common chemicals.
