At the point of manufacture, your company name and post code will be encased in a sealed window on the front panel. Not only does this enhance and personalise the look of your Webster DHM, but also acts as a deterrent against theft.

With the ability to measure flow, pressure, and temperature, capture peak pressure, and display power and volumetric efficiency, the Webster DHM will help you to quickly pinpoint which hydraulic component is causing poor system performance.

The Webster DHM is easy to use with it’s simple push button oil resistant membrane control panel, enabling you to toggle between three display professional screens, measure temperature and power, clear pressure peaks and change engineering units.

An integral bi-directional load cock allows you to simulate pressure on the hydraulic system without the need to operate any of the machine functions in the field or workshop. The pressure balanced design and revised handle ergonomics assures minimal effort whilst giving smooth operation over the entire flow and pressure range in either flow direction.

Along with all the above, the Webster DHM also features the unique “INTERPASS” protection system. Bi-directional safety burst discs are built into the load valve. In the event of excess pressure in the hydraulic circuit, the discs rupture which causes the oil to internally bypass back to tank. “INTERPASS” protects the hydraulic professional tester from being damaged as well as preventing oil spilling into the environment or onto the operator.
