Due to the versatility – no matter what material - of all products within the SPRINT cable gland system, WISKA offers the easiest combination and installation with its cable glands.
WISKA offers a wide range of cable glands for the most diverse applications such as standard glands or flex protection, external strain relief, explosion-proof, EMC and also the VentGLAND, the only cable gland worldwide, which at IP 69K reduces condensation to a minimum by use of an integrated Gore membrane. Furthermore, the comprehensive product range offers metric and NPT threads which allow for applications on the US American markets. All products are manufactured for use up to minus 60°C, for which the whole system can also be supplied with sealing rings and inserts of silicone.
All SPRINT cable glands of polyamide, brass and stainless steel have identical clamping ranges and one common comprehensive range of multiple and reduction sealing inserts for any material and with only one assembly tool. All components comply with a minimum of IP 68. The patented WISKA lamella system guarantees strain relief over the entire clamping range. Even under high torque, the irreversible threads on the cap nuts prevent stripping and allow for maximum protection against vibration. The complete SPRINT system is certified by Germanischer Lloyd and therefore suitable for shipbuilding and further special applications. An inspiring system.
