X-Rite presents a complete Colour Measurement portfolio for Retail Paint and Industrial Applications at Piacenza Colore X-Rite Inc.
For industrial applications, X-Rite Italy representatives will be showing how to maintain precise control of colour in their workflow with spectrophotometers and quality control software.
For matching and custom mixing of architectural paints, X-Rite will demonstrate its newly introduced CAPSURE device, iVue spectrophotometer and Color Designer PLUS software that give retailers an edge over their competitors when it comes to customer service and in-store efficiency.

The battery-powered device can accurately measure the colours of intricate designs on textiles, walls, carpets or inspiration objects and accurately match the sample against its massive memory of colours. X-Rite's version of CAPSURE is aimed at helping contractors, interior designers, paint retailers and the ‘do-it-yourself’ market to match and find complementary colours for architectural paints.
On the industrial side, X-Rite will highlight the SP series, the Judge light cabinet and the
new NetProfiler 3 package that allows companies to remotely adjust and certify the performance of their spectrophotometers, ensuring accurate and reliable colour data is used throughout the supply chain.
To complete the offer of a colour work flow, Pantone fandecks are the tool to Match ONE colour in a lot of different materials. Piacenza Colore will be the first Paint & Coatings show in Italy to celebrate the colour of the year for 2012: PANTONE® 17-1463 Tangerine Tango, a vivacious, enticing hue.
