A highly rigid body with a built-in linear guide is adopted, which has been reputed with T4/T5 of one grade upper class.

A dust resistant stainless sheet is provided over the top face of the moving section to prevent any foreign object from entering the main unit.

Communication function
With PLC and the controller connected with an I/O flat cable, it is possible to operate the robot from the upper level system such as PLC.

Serial connection can be used between the PC and controller (an optional external equipment connecting unit required).
Up to 16 units of controllers can be DG chain connected (an optional controller link cable required).
