The new ZDS200 is a dewpoint- monitoring tool with an integrated datalogger. It offers longterm data recording, as well directly in the compressor manufacturers house and also on outer production equipment, where a constant monitoring for the pneumatics quality is required.
The datalogger saves 32000 samples in 5min cycles. So dewpoint values can be recorded up to 3 month.
Circumstancial linking of professional cables into a controlroom is not necessary with the ZDS200, because the USB dataloger can be removed for reading out the data. The included professional software allows reading out with any regular PC. The once collected datablocks can directly be shown as a graph, but they´re also can be tranferred into aplications like Excel, to build chains for e.g. yearly analysis. The big Light emitting diode display offers optmal reading and additionally 2 programmable, potentialfree relais outputs, which may be used as local alarms or for switching any other componets.
